On September 27 from 10 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., the Town of Black Mountain will host a Community Tree Giveaway to honor recovery and replenish the tree canopy lost in the storm. This event will be both a celebration of resilience and a step toward long-term environmental restoration, marking the one-year anniversary of Tropical Storm Helen
