This report provides an overview of the state and federal funds dedicated to Hurricane Helene relief and recovery efforts through September 30, 2025, and how North Carolina is using those resources to aid affected communities, as required by SL 2025-2 (HB 47), § 4.1(g)-(h) and continued by SL 2025-92, § 1D.1.(g). Unless otherwise noted, this quarterly report encompasses activities from the onset of the storm through September 30, 2025.
