This report provides an overview of the state and federal funds dedicated to Hurricane Helene relief and recovery efforts through December 31, 2025, and how North Carolina uses those resources to aid affected communities, as required by SL 2025-2 (HB 47), § 4.1(g)-(h) and continued by SL 2025-92, § 1D.1.(g). Unless otherwise noted, this quarterly report encompasses activities from the onset of the storm through December 31, 2025.
