Public entities (cities, towns, counties, regions, public service districts) and nonprofit organizations have until 5:00 p.m. on April 17, 2026 to submit pre-applications for projects throughout the Appalachian Region of North Carolina: business, workforce, infrastructure, culture/tourism, and community leaders/capacity.
