Activities will be offered to help those impacted by Helene, including yoga, massage, hula hooping, sound baths, somatic healing, and fun for children. The event is planned for 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. at NC Outdoor Adventures in Bakersville, with a candlelight riverside vigil at 7:00 p.m.
