InSPIRe—the Insurance Supplement Program for Inclusive Recovery
Businesses and nonprofit organizations are invited to apply for a pilot grant initiative supporting small businesses in Western NC impacted by Hurricane Helene. InSPIRe offers grants up to $5,000 for businesses that filed Helene-related insurance claims that were denied or partially denied. Alongside the grant, expert assistance and connection to additional resources for small business recovery are offered. Beyond immediate relief and recovery support, this program is designed to gather data on insurance gaps and recovery needs, helping us build better solutions for the future of our small business community.
