Today Governor Josh Stein and the Governor’s Recovery Office for Western North Carolina (GROW NC) announced the addition of three western North Carolina-based regional recovery coordinators to the recovery team. Each coordinator will serve a designated region impacted by Hurricane Helene, bringing extensive knowledge of the area and direct experience in disaster recovery.
As western North Carolina passes the one-year mark after Hurricane Helene, the Governor’s Recovery Office for Western North Carolina (GROW NC) is highlighting behavioral health resources available to survivors in western North Carolina.
