Income-eligible homeowners and renters across the state can get help with energy upgrades through HOMES (Homeowners Managing Efficiency Savings) and HEAR (Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates). Applying is easy: online, by email, phone, or mail.

HOMES offers financial assistance for whole home energy efficiency upgrades like insulation, air sealing, and updated heating and cooling systems.

HEAR  provides instant rebates when installing electric equipment and related upgrades, like electrical panel, wiring, or insulation, through a Registered Contractor.

As families recover, Energy Saver North Carolina makes long-term upgrades more accessible and affordable, leading to lower monthly bills, better indoor air quality, year-round comfort and more resilient homes.

Become a Registered Contractor: Grow your business with access to motivated customers, new revenue streams, marketing resources, training, support, and HOMES and HEAR rebates. Applying is easy, visit energysavernc.org/for-contractors for more information.
